Training Of TAG

Today I  experienced very heart touching moments? Do you think why?

The first time ever I feel the such rapport between the trainer and the trainee. No one wants to leave the training place all were just talking to the trainer and encircled him.

Why was this?

During the all five days of training programme we feel experienced self decipline All in time and no mobile ringing all the day. All the sessions are going on strict times. This is the quality of our trainer who binds us in the magic of words. I enjoyed really quite great warm ups that change our mood and make us ready to learn?

TAG

All this was about the TAG teacher Activity group. British council, Tata trust and Government of maharashtra joint venture to develop primary teachers professional skills.

Training programme is so well designed and activity based. trainer was the only there to facilitate the process. Guiding involving encouraging and inspiring.

It will really help me to how  should be there in our class. Love affection towards my children increased in me. I got the Idea of process.

That’s why all the trainees never want to move outside the room till they said to be GO NOW
